Press: NuStep Rolls Out New Accessory
September 26, 2008
ANN ARBOR, MICH. - NuStep, Inc., a leader in breakthrough wellness innovations, is pleased to introduce its newest accessory, the NuStep Transporter, designed to move any of NuStep's Recumbent Cross Trainers.
The Transporter is constructed of durable steel with easy grip handles, an adjustable shaft height, and 4" urethane wheels. It provides a quick, safe and efficient way for one person to move a NuStep exercise machine. The Transporter makes the NuStep more portable for health and wellness professionals or home users, allowing them to rearrange their workout space to add equipment or to suit user preferences. The new accessory also enables more versatile use of the NuStep in healthcare settings, where physicians and physical therapists can bring a NuStep directly to their patients for post-operative physical therapy or other rehabilitative applications.
"The NuStep Transporter adds to the versatility of all of our NuStep Recumbent Cross Trainers by allowing the NuStep to be moved to where it is needed most at any given time, while reducing the risk of injury to staff," says Steve Sarns, NuStep vice president of sales and marketing. He adds, "The Transporter adds value and flexibility to help our customers transform the lives of their clients."
The Transporter joins NuStep's suite of essential add-on products. Other NuStep accessories include the Leg Stabilizer, which aligns and stabilizes the legs of users with lower-body deficiencies; the WellGrip(tm) handle-gripping accessory that assists users with upper-body deficiencies; and foot straps and seat belts to secure and properly position users with limited mobility.
